Vegetable Stir-Fry

A quick and easy stir-fry is a great way to enjoy a variety of vegetables with minimal effort.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat a Cusina Maya lightweight aluminum skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add olive oil and sauté the onions until soft.
  3. Add the remaining vegetables and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and serve over rice.
