Ingredients:
- 2 cups masa harina
- 1 ¼ cups warm water
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the masa harina, water, and salt until a smooth dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and press them using a Cusina Maya tortilla press.
- Cook each tortilla on a hot comal or skillet for about 30 seconds per side.
- Keep warm in a cloth towel and enjoy fresh!
