One-Pan Chicken and Vegetables

This one-pan meal is not only simple but also nutritious, providing a balanced combination of protein and vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
